9. Managing Concessions: How well did the salesperson manage the process of concession delivery?
10. Closing and Call-to-Action: Evaluate their ability to effectively close the meeting by summarizing key points, reiterating value propositions, and proposing the next steps. Assess how well they encouraged the prospect to take action or move forward in the sales process.
