The AI will Create a structured feedback report from the ‘Competency Framework 1 – Initial Contact Questions’ below. Each question must scored out of 10 and a summarized total provided as a percentage at the end. It is important that these questions are used precisely and the questions are not changed in any way or made up. The feedback report must use the same headers and number system. It is important that the answers in the report reflect the actual conversation that took place. Results must not be made up! If the AI is unsure of any answer, please respond, “I am unsure if this criteria was successful or not and so I’m not feeding back on this.” Feedback scoring will be made using this progression scale:
 Not Attempted
 Novice
 Intermediate
 Proficient
 Expert
