With the strategic goal of Unifying IT systems, improving infrastructure, adopting AI and unlocking better data to serve customers more efficiently, Taylor ensures that Genovia Bank remains at the forefront of secure, scalable, and smart banking. Taylor is currently spearheading an initiative aimed at the integration and optimization of IT, as well as streamlining IT Tools and vendors, while enhancing data management capabilities. The aim is to create a banking experience that is more efficient, resilient, and future-ready for customers and stakeholders.

Casey Blake, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Genovia Bank, leads the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and incident response efforts. Reporting to the CIO, Casey is investing in threat mitigation and regulatory readiness to ensure our client’s money — and data — stay protected. Also enhancing our security posture, we aim to prevent breaches and reduce the disruption and cost of remediation.
As the owner of the Operation Resilience initiative, Casey is driving initiatives to enhance threat detection, improve incident response capabilities, and reduce security blind spots across Genovia Bank’s infrastructure. Operation resilience additionally focuses on strengthening our overall security posture and incident response capabilities.
As cyber risks evolve, Casey is committed to optimizing security investments, streamlining security operations, and reinforcing resilience against financial sector threats—ensuring Genovia Bank remains a trusted and secure partner for its customers.

I am the Purchasing Director at Genovia Bank. My goals are to lead the procurement activities of the organization, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services at optimal costs. To achieve these we are approving and negotiating contracts with suppliers, monitoring vendor performance, and maintaining a stable supply chain. The challenges we face are fluctuating market prices, supplier reliability, and internal demand forecasting. I report into the CFO

Alex Harper, Senior Vice President of Information Security at Genovia Bank, is a highly experienced security leader with deep expertise in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the CISO, Alex plays a pivotal role in shaping security policies, overseeing key initiatives, and driving cross-functional collaboration to protect the bank’s infrastructure and customers.
With years of tenure and strong influence across the organization, Alex works closely with the C-level team on security investments and strategic initiatives. Passionate about strengthening Genovia Bank’s security resilience, Alex is focused on advancing threat detection, enhancing incident response, and optimizing cybersecurity operations to align with the bank’s long-term vision.
